Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Whether a refund is available, how it is processed, and any statutory rights you may have depend on Dodo’s policies, the product type, and mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction — not on this page alone.

Pro vs. sponsorship

  • ToolHub Pro is a subscription product: it may remove ads after successful activation. Refund rules may differ from one-time purchases.
  • Sponsorship is optional support: it does not grant Pro or ad removal. Treat it separately when requesting support or refunds.

Subscriptions and renewals

If you purchased a recurring subscription, it may renew automatically on each billing period until you cancel.

General refund guidelines

  • We may request additional details (purchase email, approximate time, and what you bought) to locate the transaction.
  • Refund eligibility may depend on the product type (subscription vs. sponsorship) and local laws.
  • If a refund is granted, access may be revoked automatically.

Activation and delivery

Pro activation is automatic via webhook + magic link. If you do not receive the email, check spam/junk folders and ensure you used the correct address.

Sponsorship does not activate Pro. You may still receive a thank-you email with an optional account link; that is not Pro delivery.
